Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are charged as per the standard Australia Post charges as determined by the Australia Post server, calculated on the shipping weight of the items purchased and originating from Colac in Victoria to the delivery destination determined by the purchaser.  

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: sales@thepicklegallery.com.au

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at The Pickle Gallery. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card.

All returns must be authorised by The Pickle Gallery prior to being returned. Should you wish to return one of our products because of fault or if the item is not as we have described it, please contact us at sales@thepicklegallery.com.au to make arrangements.

At our complete discretion, where we determine that the returned goods are faulty having regard to the description provided by us, we will reimburse the reasonable cost of returning the goods to us, capped at the equivalent cost of originally shipping the goods to you. If we determine that the goods are not faulty we will replace the item at our expense but will not reimburse the  costs you incurred in returning the item to us.   

For all returns, contact must be made with us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
